Istanbul Airport (IST) was the airport with the highest number of flights in Europe, with a daily average of 1327 flights, according to EUROCONTROL’s statistics covering 22-28 July.
With these statistics, Istanbul Airport (IST) ranked first, leaving behind Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Amsterdam Schiphol Airports (AMS).
Antalya Airport (AYT), on the other hand, ranked 8th in the list with an average of 942 daily flights.
